Teams and seats

Group people into teams, and how seats are counted and paid for.

A seat is one person in your organization. You choose how many seats you want, and you can change the count later from the billing section; the price follows the seat count.

Invite people by email from your members list. Each person who accepts takes a seat. Removing someone frees their seat for the next person.

Teams are groups inside your organization, useful when different people work on different things. An owner or admin creates a team, then adds people to it from the members already in your organization. Someone has to be in your organization before they can join one of its teams, so invite them first.

Removing a person from a team leaves them in your organization and keeps their seat. They just stop being part of that team.

Invoices, receipts, and your payment method live in the billing portal, reachable from the billing section.
