How long does document generation take?

Roughly four to fifteen minutes for a typical run: a short outline pass, your review (as long as you need), then drafting and humanization. Longer work or complex topics run longer.

What is the difference between Guided mode and Quick mode?

Guided mode pauses for outline approval so you can reorder, cut, or reshape sections before any body copy runs. Quick mode goes straight to a first draft from your topic. Use Guided when structure matters; use Quick when speed matters.

What is the difference between Scholar and Business docs?

Scholar is for academic and research-style work: papers, case studies, reviews, and citation-heavy formats. Business docs covers commercial writing—RFP-style responses, SEO articles, and social copy. We tune for natural, human-like prose and strong scores on common detectors, but we do not guarantee a pass on any specific tool or document. Run the in-product AI score, adjust with humanization, and follow your institution or client rules.

Are the sources real?

Yes. Citations point to retrievable material gathered at generation time. You should still verify every reference before submit or publish—links break, and requirements differ by field.

How does humanization work?

Humanization rewrites the draft for cadence, variety, and natural phrasing while preserving meaning. It is not a synonym swap. You can re-run with different intensity where your plan allows.

How do I upgrade or downgrade?

Use Dashboard → billing or the pricing page. Upgrades prorate; downgrades usually take effect on the next renewal. You keep your current entitlements until that date unless stated otherwise in checkout.

You may use it to draft, research, and edit where your school allows. Policies vary. You are responsible for disclosure, citation, and following your honor code. See Acceptable Use and your institution’s AI rules.

No. The product is a drafting aid. Misrepresenting machine-assisted text as solely your own where that is prohibited is a misuse of the service.

Team plans pool seats and a shared word allowance under a single subscription. The owner administers invites and usage; see pricing for seat economics.

How do I invite people?
