Unexpected scores or missing sources
Humanize again, verify manually, escalate fabrications.
Re-humanize with stronger settings, try another detector, and edit flagged passages. For citations you cannot verify, replace them manually.
If a citation looks fabricated, email support with the document id. That should be rare.
