Agent mode and tools

Higher plans may include tool-using assistant features.

On supported plans, the assistant can use connectors and tools you have enabled (for example docs or messaging) under your org’s permissions.

If a feature is gated, the product will point you to Upgrade or your admin. Connectors are workspace-scoped and can be rotated by an admin.
