This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using NeuraWrite. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with this policy. This AUP supplements our Terms of Service.

NeuraWrite is designed to assist with legitimate writing, research, and content creation tasks including:

• Research and reference drafting
• Business document creation (proposals, reports, white papers)
• SEO content and marketing copy generation
• Social media content creation
• RFP/RFI response drafting
• Personal and professional writing assistance
• Content editing, humanization, and refinement

You may not use NeuraWrite to:

Illegal & Harmful Content

• Generate content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Create content that promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Produce defamatory, libelous, or fraudulent content
• Generate content designed to harass, bully, or intimidate others
• Create malware, phishing content, or other cybersecurity threats

Intellectual Property Violations

• Reproduce copyrighted works without authorization
• Generate content that infringes on trademarks or patents
• Create derivative works of protected content
• Misrepresent the origin of generated content

Service Abuse

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limiting, or technical restrictions
• Share, resell, or redistribute access to the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations or bans
• Abuse the free trial by creating multiple accounts

Deceptive Practices

• Impersonate any person, entity, or organization
• Use the Service for fraud, scams, or deceptive schemes
• Generate fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements
• Create misleading news articles or disinformation

NeuraWrite is a research and reference tool. While we provide document generation and humanization features, users are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable academic integrity policies.

• Users should review and understand their institution's policies before using AI-generated content
• NeuraWrite does not encourage, endorse, or facilitate academic dishonesty
• Users bear all responsibility for how they use generated content in academic settings

All content generated through NeuraWrite should adhere to these standards:

• Must not include hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting protected groups
• Must not include sexually explicit or exploitative content
• Must not include content involving minors in any harmful context
• Must not include instructions for creating weapons or dangerous substances
• Must not include content designed to manipulate or deceive vulnerable individuals

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately at support@neurawrite.ai. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Warning: First-time minor violations may result in a written warning
• Temporary suspension: Repeated or moderate violations may lead to temporary account suspension
• Permanent termination: Severe or repeated violations will result in permanent account termination without refund
• Legal action: We may pursue legal remedies for violations that cause damage to NeuraWrite or third parties

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account at our sole discretion for violations of this policy.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
