Terms of Sales

• NeuraWrite offers subscription plans with variable monthly or annual costs. Current plans include Essential ($24.99/mo), Pro ($49.99/mo), Business ($99.99/mo), and Enterprise (custom pricing).
• All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes.
• Pricing may change at any time with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Changes apply to new subscriptions and renewals.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe.
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate and up to date.

By starting a free trial, you expressly consent to automatic billing of $24.99/month (Essential plan) after the 3-day trial period unless you cancel or select a different plan.

• Each plan includes a set number of monthly word credits. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
• Word credits are consumed when you generate documents, use the AI Chat Assistant, request humanization, or run AI detection scoring.
• Credit usage per operation varies based on document length and processing complexity.
• You can view your current usage and remaining credits at any time in your account dashboard.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled beforehand.
• We will send a reminder email at least 7 days before your renewal date.
• The renewal charge will be the same as your current plan price unless we have given you 30 days' advance notice of a price change.
• Failed payment attempts may result in temporary suspension of service. We will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times before suspending your account.
• You may update your payment method at any time through your account settings.

California Auto-Renewal Law (ARL) Notice: Your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate. You may cancel at any time through your online account before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.

• Cancellation is as easy as sign-up. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard — no phone calls, no emails, no hoops.
• Go to Dashboard → Account Settings → Cancel Subscription to cancel instantly.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to your account and features until the end of your current billing period.
• After cancellation takes effect, your generated documents remain accessible for 30 days for you to export.
• Cancelling during a free trial stops all future charges immediately.

• No refunds are issued for the current billing period after word credits have been used.
• If you cancel within 48 hours of being charged for a new billing period and have not used any credits in that period, you may request a full refund.
• Refunds for billing errors or unauthorized charges must be requested within 30 days of the transaction.
• To request a refund, contact support@neurawrite.ai with your account email and transaction details.
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

• Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.
• Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing period. You retain your current plan features until then.
• Word credits are not prorated or transferred when changing plans.

• NeuraWrite reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
• Termination may be immediate and without notice for severe violations (fraud, abuse, or illegal activity).
• Upon termination, you may request a one-time export of your generated content within 30 days.
• Charges for the current billing period are non-refundable upon termination for violations.

If you have a billing concern, please contact us at support@neurawrite.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing disputes quickly and fairly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

Prices displayed do not include applicable taxes. Sales tax, VAT, or other taxes may apply based on your location and will be calculated at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription.

• NeuraWrite is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties, express or implied.
• NeuraWrite is not liable for any damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
• NeuraWrite's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this may not fully apply to you.

NeuraWrite reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sales at any time. Material changes affecting pricing or billing will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Other changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
