This policy covers cookies and similar technologies including browser local storage and session storage.

NeuraWrite is offered to users in the United States. Optional analytics stay off until you choose Accept All. Essential Only leaves them off. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control (navigator.globalPrivacyControl or the Sec-GPC header), we treat that as Essential Only. A previous Accept does not turn analytics back on while that signal is set.

Visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland also start with analytics and ad storage denied. That regional default is a technical control. It is not a European privacy program. Honoring Global Privacy Control is a product control. It is not a legal determination that any particular state privacy law applies. We do not sell personal information. See our Privacy Policy.

NeuraWrite uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• To authenticate your session and keep you securely signed in
• To remember your preferences (theme, accent color)
• To understand how visitors use our Service so we can improve it
• To ensure the security and integrity of our platform
• To prevent fraud during payment processing

Google Analytics 4, PostHog, Datadog Real User Monitoring, and Vercel Speed Insights run only after you choose Accept All. Strictly necessary cookies, such as the sign-in session, do not wait for that choice. Global Privacy Control keeps the optional tools off.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our site. GA4 can set cookies that persist for up to 2 years to distinguish browsers and track sessions. Those cookies are not granted before Accept All. The data collected is used to:

• Measure page traffic and sources
• Understand which features and pages are most used
• Improve our product and content

Google Analytics data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's privacy policies. We do not use GA4 for advertising or share GA4 data with third parties for their own purposes. Analytics storage and ad storage stay denied until you choose Accept All, and they stay denied under Global Privacy Control.

PostHog is our product analytics tool in the browser. It stays off until Accept All, and it stays off under Global Privacy Control.

Datadog Real User Monitoring measures how pages load and how people move through the Service, including a sample of session replay when it is enabled. In our code the default replay sample is 20 percent of those sessions unless a different rate is configured. It starts only after Accept All, and only when its environment variables are set. If they are absent, it does not start.

Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. Vercel identifies a visitor with a hash of the request that resets each day, instead of a cookie. We leave that script on for that reason. Sources: Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics privacy.

Vercel Speed Insights reports page performance. Its privacy page describes anonymous performance data and does not say the script stores no cookies, so we load it only after Accept All. Source: Vercel Speed Insights privacy.

You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
